Scotbio launches Supablu, the next generation, natural blue food colourant

Scotbio have announced the launch of their new colourant, SUPABLU HS1, aimed at changing the way in which foodservice pioneers, and food manufacturers, can utilise naturally occurring products to remove petrochemical / coal tar derived materials from the food chain.
