Kelvin Capital are always eager to hear from companies with exciting investment opportunities.  We typically invest a minimum of £500k, and as a syndicate we are industry agnostic however our investment criteria is as follows:

– UK based

– Strong management team with an exit strategy in place

– Strong IP

– Established companies that are revenue generating or close to revenue generating with a commercial pipeline in place

– Investor ready with a full business plan and financial projections
