The Kelvin Capital team is committed to working with our portfolio companies not only through the investment process but also through the on-going development and growth of the business.

The team has experience of working with new businesses and understands both the challenges and opportunities, which will be encountered during the high growth phase. The team has built up extensive networks, which will be made available to assist and support the portfolio businesses.

Kelvin Capital will actively promote the portfolio businesses through its website and social media activities raising their awareness and profile.

John McNicol

John is responsible for investor relations at Kelvin Capital. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant after completing a degree in Computer Science. John has accumulated extensive experience

in managing rapid growth within companies most recently at IDOX plc. where organic growth was supplemented by a number of acquisitions. John has strong commercial, corporate finance, and corporate governance experience.
He is a member of the Accounting Standards Committee of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Jim Hall

Jim works with the portfolio companies both pre and post investment to support them in delivering success. Jim provides leadership in a number of high growth start up businesses including

Wideblue Ltd where he led the management buy out of the company from the Polaroid Corporation. Jim is an innovative and experienced business leader having been MD of Polaroid (UK) Ltd until 2006. In addition, Jim was head of marketing development for Polaroid's commercial products division from 2000-2005 where he led an international team to deliver a turn over in excess of $300m per annum. Jim is a member of the Scottish Enterprise West of Scotland advisory board and has over the last few years supported Scottish Enterprise in a number of key advisory roles.

Kevin O'sullivan

Kevin is qualified as a chartered accountant, and has worked in industry as a finance director of a group of companies based in the UK and South Africa. He then moved on to found his own very successful

chartered accountant firm. Kevin now holds a number of non executive directorships advising companies on strategy, business planning, financial matters and corporate governance.

Veoeani Krishna

V (Veoeani) is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Kelvin Capital. Her role at Kelvin Capital sees V actively engaging with investors whilst conducting and coordinating the diligence process

of each investment by working closely with companies through the due diligence process immediately prior to investment. V is an experienced corporate lawyer who has regularly acted in both domestic, cross border and international M&A and corporate investment advice transactions.

Graham Langley

Graham Langley who, following a distinguished and diverse 20 year career at RBS, founded the Corporate Finance boutique, Tiger Advisers in 2006. He has worked closely with owner-managers of mid-market

businesses in a diverse range of sectors on strategic and funding issues for many years. He currently undertakes a number of non-executive, business development and corporate finance consultancy roles.

Assad Rasul

After graduating with an M.A. in Economics and Management then studying for an LLB and diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen, Assad practised civil and commercial law for several years.

He then progressed to become an international project manager consulting for a number of businesses specifically within the oil and gas sector. Beneficiaries of his expertise included several energy companies where he reviewed and advised on prequalification; procuring strategic partners; production sharing agreements; regulatory processes; and identifying joint venture opportunities. Until recently Assad was the COO of Exakt Precision Tools and is now an advisor to various SME businesses, utilising his core skills of communication, commercial insight and business development.

Lewis Hall

Lewis is responsible for all aspects of Kelvin Capitals social media. Through this Lewis will work to raise the profile of both Kelvin Capital and the portfolio companies. Lewis also works with young entrepreneurs to

encourage them along the way to delivering their own successful high growth business. Recently graduating from Glasgow University, Lewis has been working with a number of early stage businesses including supporting a product launch in Japan.

Samantha MacConnell

Samantha is responsible for assisting with the diligence process of each investment. Samantha is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience of acting for public and private companies in all aspects

of corporate and commercial work.

Christine Gorman

Christine is responsible for the effective running of the Kelvin Capital office and supporting the entire Kelvin team to ensure that they deliver success for the entire portfolio. Christine is an experienced legal

secretary with many years working in corporate legal deals.
