Stuart brings over 35 years Corporate Finance and wider leadership experience from roles at PwC including leading the UK Corporate Finance business and then the Global Corporate Finance business.. Stuart has extensive experience across all aspects of M&A activity, including acquisitions, disposals, fund raising and private equity deals.
